Terms of 100% Tuition Credit

The 100% Tuition Credit chance will begin on Monday, January 26, 2026 kicking off Catholic Schools Week and ends on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at Ledgerfest. When and only when, a donation goal of $20,000 is achieved for St. Mary’s Springs Academy, each donor who donated $100 or more via the designated giving options using Code: LF Tuition (or, unless an alternative method of giving is agreed upon between SMSA and the donor) will receive an entry for each $100 donation made between Monday, January 26, 2026 to Saturday, March 28, 2026, during SMSA’s 100% Tuition Credit campaign. 

100% Tuition Credit Drawing

The winner for the 100% Tuition Credit will be picked by random selection on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at Ledgerfest, at or after, 7:00 p.m. (CST) and the winner will be contacted.

100% Tuition Credit Details

The winner of the 100% Tuition Credit may be credited up to 100% of the tuition cost for one (1) eligible child at St. Mary’s Springs Academy, exclusively, for the 2026-2027 academic year, minus any scholarships and/or financial aid granted to the student. If you are receiving financial aid from St. Mary’s Springs Academy, use of this 100% Tuition Credit may be considered part of your total award package. This may or may not impact your aid eligibility (such as loan assistance). Costs and payments outside of tuition are not included.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the 100% Tuition Credit you must make at least a $100 donation to SMSA’s 100% Tuition Credit campaign via the designated SMSA giving sites (unless an alternative method of giving is agreed upon between SMSA and the donor) during the period of Monday, January 26, 2026 to Saturday, March 28, 2026. St. Mary’s Springs Academy must reach a goal of $20,000 to award the 100% Tuition Credit to a qualifying donor. Donors must be a legal U.S. resident who are 18 years of age or older. The 100% tuition credit may only be used toward tuition at St. Mary’s Springs Academy in the 2026-2027 academic year. Any students already receiving full tuition credit are excluded.

If the eligible winner does not have a PreK – 12 grade student-attending SMSA during the 2026-2027 academic year to which the 100% Tuition Credit can be applied, they may gift the credit to an eligible SMSA student. If the winner declines the 100% Tuition Credit for their own SMSA student, they may in turn gift, through the business office at St. Mary’s Springs Academy, the credit to another SMSA student that is eligible for the 2026-2027 school year.

The 100% Tuition Credit shall be delivered by application of a tuition credit to a single 2026-2027 St. Mary’s Springs Academy student’s billing account, through the business office, designated by the winner. The prize winner must notify St. Mary’s Springs Academy, in writing, of his/her account designation on or before April 13, 2026.  100% Tuition credit is applicable only to St. Mary’s Springs Academy tuition and is NOT transferable or redeemable for cash value. Tuition credit may not be used for any other charges, including, but not limited to: a) past-due tuition charges; b) charges for summer programs, school trips, enrichment courses or other extracurricular programs; d) charges from purchases made at the School; or e) any additional costs, fees and payments not included in the tuition.

Forfeiture

Should the prize winner fail to designate a St. Mary’s Springs Academy student’s billing account by June 30, 2026, the prize winner forfeits the prize. If the winner currently receives full tuition through another benefit, the winner may gift the 100% Tuition Credit to another St. Mary’s Springs Academy student for the 2026-2027 school year. If the school becomes aware that a financial transaction was made regarding the 100% Tuition Credit, the credit will be forfeited. If the credit is used and the recipient leaves St. Mary’s Springs Academy for any reason during the 2026-2027 school year the 100% Tuition Credit is forfeited. If the credit is forfeited, the credit will be forfeited permanently, and will not be awarded to another recipient.
